Wie lange dauert die Bearbeitung einer Sonderanfertigung?
Unsere Bearbeitungszeit für Sonderanfertigungen beträgt in der Regel 2-4 Wochen, abhängig vom Design, dem Grad der Individualisierung und dem aktuellen Auftragsvolumen. Wenn Sie Ihre Bestellung bis zu einem bestimmten Datum benötigen, teilen Sie uns dies bitte mit und wir werden unser Bestes tun, um dies zu berücksichtigen.
Sind Ihre Khussas größengetreu?
Ja, unsere Khussas werden in US-Größen verkauft und fallen größengerecht aus. Da jedoch jeder Kunde leicht unterschiedliche Füße haben kann, empfehlen wir Ihnen, Ihre Füße vor der Bestellung zu messen und unsere Größentabelle für die beste Passform zu überprüfen.
Ist eine Rückgabe möglich, wenn die Artikel für mich nicht passen?
Ja, wir akzeptieren Rücksendungen innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Lieferung, sofern die Artikel im Originalzustand und in der Originalverpackung sind. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns, bevor Sie Ihre Bestellung zurücksenden, damit wir Ihnen eine Rücksendegenehmigung zukommen lassen können.

These shoes are absolutely breathtaking. The leather is so soft. The shoes are true to size. I ordered a size larger just to be on the safe side, but there is no need to. The shipment came extremely fast and was presented in a beautiful bag. You can tell they were handled with care. I will definitely order more items from this company in the near future.

These shoes are so gorgeous! I wear an 8 1/2, sometimes in sandals will buy an 8 or 9...depending on fit. I have an average width foot. These fit perfectly in 8 1/2. If you have a wider foot maybe go up at least half a size. The shoes were well packaged, wish I could upload more than one pic. I chose one where my foot in the shoe was next to one of my other typical 8 1/2 shoes.

These are perfect! Looks just like thr pictures. I was nervous the jewles would be very delicate but turns out it's pretty sturdy. Only two things I wish it had. Grips/Soles to put on the bottom (outside) of the shoes and possibly a little loop on the back of the heel to have the chain threaded through. I got the perfect size, so they stay on very well but I would've liked the extra security of a loop.

I love the shoes! I got a size US 9 and I think a size 8 would’ve been a better fit for me. I should’ve sized down, unfortunately they are sold out of the size I would like to get.
