Returns

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted to cover the time, labor, and materials involved in processing and fulfilling the original order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not provide return labels.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or if we made an error with your order, please contact us immediately. In such cases, the restocking fee will be waived and we will cover return shipping costs.

Items showing any signs of wear, use, alteration, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible for return.

 

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for a Free Shipping promotion, the standard shipping cost paid by us will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any defects. Kindly include clear photo or video evidence of the issue for review. Please note that refund or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery; requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like jewelries and custom orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
